  • How do I know my order has been confirmed?

  • What if I want to return my item?

    We try to make this as easy as possible for you. Just follow the steps below:

    • Check to make sure your product meets the conditions for return:
    • It’s within 30 days of the purchase date
    • It is in its original, unused and unassembled condition, and it is in its original packaging complete with tags, instructions, and inserts
    • It has not been customized (color, finish, dimensions, upholstery, etc.)
    • It is not an eligible return item. All Items not eligible for return and specified on the product page under the description.
    • Email us at info@themoneytreefirm.com please include your order number and indicate what items you want to return and why. We will provide you with information to receive your return shipping label.
    • Use the shipping label provided and tape it to the box dropping it off at your USPS store post office.

  • What if my order arrives damaged?

    In the unlikely event that your items arrive in a damaged condition, contact us at info@themoneytree.com we'll send you a replacement ASAP.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We do not currently ship internationally.

  • Do you ship to PO boxes?

    Yes, however, orders require pre-approval: email info@themoneytree.com with your requested order.

  • Can I use more than one coupon code?

    NO. Coupon codes cannot be combined. Each order can only have on coupon or promotion code applied, so if you have more than one promotion code you will need to put in multiple orders. Sorry for the inconvenience.
